Every fall, Hatch Street Studios opens its doors and invites the community inside for one of our favorite weekends of the year. Join us November 14 & 15, 2026, from 11 AM–5 PM for Fall Open Studios at 88 & 90 Hatch Street in New Bedford.
Open Studios is a chance to experience Hatch in a way you simply can’t from the outside. Wander through both buildings, step inside working artist studios, meet the people behind the work, and see the spaces where ideas become paintings, pottery, photography, illustration, sculpture, jewelry, textiles, mixed media, and more.
Our Hatch artists are at the heart of the weekend. They’ll be opening their studio doors, sharing their work and creative processes, and giving visitors the opportunity to discover and purchase original artwork along the way. Whether you’re an art collector, searching for a unique gift, looking for inspiration, or simply curious about what happens inside Hatch Street Studios, there is always something new to discover.
And there’s more to explore beyond the studio doors.
This year’s Fall Open Studios will also feature a thoughtfully selected mix of vendors, artist demonstrations, community partnerships, food, and other special additions throughout the weekend. These elements will complement the experience of exploring our working studios while creating new ways for visitors to engage with art and the broader South Coast creative community.

If you’re an artist or maker interested in selling your work, an organization that supports the arts, or a community partner with an idea that could add something special to the weekend, we’d love to hear from you. A limited number of opportunities are available for outside vendors and participating organizations.
