Alyn Carlson is a New England based painter, author, graphic designer, and paper artist. In the past four decades, her work has shown in over twenty galleries and museums, she's renovated a church into a home and authored a DIY book for adults and children called The Paper Hat Book. She also writes a blog called Colorgirl. Her art and designs have been featured in numerous blogs and published in magazines such as Communications Arts, CNN, Design Sponge, Etsy Blog, Redbook, RI Monthly, Photo District News, Print, Southcoast Today, and Uppercase.
